  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags (if applicable).

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review your request and provide instructions for the return or replacement.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product to our warehouse.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or through another mutually agreed refund method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:
